Chalinder joined Aberdeen in _____________ as a private investigator, quickly establishing himself as a leader with the capability to manage the day-to-day operations and projects of the Investigations Unit. After only 5 years in the industry, Chalinder was promoted to a management position, providing expert organization and oversight to a large of investigators across the country.

With a background in project management and a passion for delivering on commitments, Chalinder heads the investigation unit ensuring all of our investigators produce the best possible work for our clients and uphold Aberdeen’s high ethical standards when working in various communities around the country.

Rajni is also a dedicated supporter of the organization’s community involved, assisting in Aberdeen’s work with the Humble Souls Foundation and other various community outreach programs.
